For any person suspected of criminal activity and or prosecution, early legal advice is essential.
That early legal advice could be in relation to your rights on arrest and detention in the Garda Station, to your rights when invited for interview with a member of An Garda Siochana.
We are happy to attend with clients in the Garda Station on arrest, or to meet in the office to discuss their rights once a prosecution is pending against you. We will provide strategic advice at all times, and if it is felt the matter to be on the upper end of serious, engage a Barrister specialising in this area as early as possible to ensure the best advice and best outcome is achieved every time.
Fees:
Fees will vary and are dependent on the matter before the court, whether it is a District Court representation or Circuit Court representation. We will advise you of the estimated fees payable at the inception of your case.
In addition Oonagh is a member of the Criminal Legal Aid panel of Solicitors in Co Clare. If you feel you need legal representation, but you cannot afford a private solicitor, we will advise you of your right to apply for Free Legal Aid to cover the cost of your legal representation.
